Please note that housing is very limited this January Term and is only guaranteed to academic year NYU students. Visiting students enrolled in January Term courses at NYU will be offered placement on a housing waitlist and will be assigned if space becomes available.
To apply for January Term Housing, please indicate your interest on the January Term Visiting Student Application. Upon admission, we will email you instructions on how to apply for housing.

Off-Campus Housing Services is a part of the Student Resource Center, located in Suite 210 of the Kimmel Center for University Life. The office provides assistance to students seeking private off-campus apartment rentals. Admitted January students are encouraged to utilize resources such as the Off-Campus Housing Guide to help them with their search for accommodation.

During January Term, a few dining locations on campus will be open.
Please note: There are no meal plans available during January Term. Students may use campus cash, dining dollars (if you have a spring term meal plan), cash, or credit card to pay for meals and other items.
